This mobile pop-up shop had to grow brand awareness, educate consumers about ingredients, and distribute sampling options for RXBAR and RX Nut Butter (in the form of 6+ recipes).
The space was designed with portability and a small footprint in mind.

CONSUMER ENGAGEMENT
To educate consumers about the many uses of RX Nut Butter, this pop-up booth offered unique recipes and pairings for food festival goers to taste. Sign up stations identified your ideal RXBAR flavor, and the three curated fridges brought consumers into the experience as well as created engagement on social media platforms.
